This is a story. The story of a blues musician. Who killed himself after he'd been in love for the first time, and left heartbroken for the first time as well. A sad teenager who made a mistake and left a lifetime of consequences behind in four people. Ollie was his younger brother. He took up the lifestyle of a blues musician as a way to honor his memory. Unable to trust the feeling of love after what happened to his brother, Ollie ran from anyone who might develop feelings for him. He was always too afraid of causing the same kind of heartbreak in others. Eventually he grew out of the need to emulate his brother’s lifestyle. Searching for a path of his own, which ultimately lead to his own death. Lynn was the girl who first broke his heart. A childhood friend, and love. She planned to go out and find a place in the world that was different from the life she’d always known. Upon hearing of his death, she blaimed herself and spent a year in a mental facility trying to recover. Clinging to Ollie as her one chance at redemption, she pushed the idea that he should spend his life trying to live up to his brother’s memory. In return, she would always carry the guilt of his death. After Ollie’s decision to move on with his own life, she became enraged at this betrayal and shot Ollie, intending for him to fall over a bridge, similar to the way his brother died.
